Operations Manager Healthcare Services | Part-Time | Hybrid | 1099 Contractor

We're a growing healthcare consulting, management, and staffing company — the kind that actually rolls up its sleeves. We help medical practices run more smoothly by handling things like remote administrative support, medical billing, credentialing, and operational consulting. What you'll actually be doing:

You'll be the operational backbone of our team — keeping workflows on track, bringing the right people on board (locally and internationally), and making sure our clients feel taken care of. Day-to-day, that looks like managing internal operations, leading recruiting and hiring efforts, overseeing onboarding and training, and working closely with leadership on planning and systems improvement. You'll also help put quality control measures in place and coordinate across client accounts.

It's a hands-on role, and no two days will look exactly the same.

You're probably a great fit if you:

• Have a background in healthcare operations and know how the industry works
• Have experience recruiting and hiring — especially for remote or international roles
• Are the kind of leader people actually want to follow
• Know your way around medical billing or credentialing (a plus, not a dealbreaker)
• Are comfortable managing remote teams and keeping everyone aligned across time zones
• Are organized to a fault and genuinely enjoy building systems that last

A few logistics:

This is a part-time position — roughly 10 to 15 hours per week— with hybrid flexibility. You'd be coming on as a 1099 contractor, and there's real room to grow with us as the company expands.

Compensation will be $30–$40 per hour (based on experience).
