Head of Creators — Fluencify (Stockholm)
We're building the AI-native replacement for influencer agencies. Brands like Perplexity, Microsoft, Adobe, Notion, and Polymarket use Fluencify to run UGC campaigns end-to-end, from creator discovery through payout. Stockholm-based, incubated at SSE Business Lab.
We're hiring our first Head of Creators to own the creator side of the platform.
The role
You run creator campaigns end-to-end. That means:
- Sourcing and recruiting UGC creators across our priority markets (Sweden, Norway, UK, France, Spain, Germany, Denmark)
- Briefing creators and managing delivery against brand objectives
- Quality control on every video that ships
- Growing Fluencify's creator base from a few hundred to a few thousand
- Working directly with Sam and Erik on brand strategy, since you'll understand the supply side better than anyone
This is a founding hire. You set the playbook for how creator ops works at Fluencify, and you'll hire the next people on the team.
You probably
- Have created UGC yourself, ideally for brands that paid you
- Have spent time at an influencer agency, in-house creator team, or built a serious personal creator presence
- Speak fluent English. A second European language is a real plus
- Live in Stockholm or are moving here (this is in-person, five days a week)
- Are obsessed with trends, formats, and what actually makes a video convert
- Notice when creators you follow change their bio, switch niches, or drop a brand deal
