馃敟 A Day In The Life Of An Account Manager:

You will work with our stellar, nimble team to manage a portfolio of clients covering creative, social, video and print advertising campaigns.


You will need to be client focused and able to demonstrate good communication, organization and time management skills to manage both your clients and internal departments, while always focusing on quality, process and profitability.


The Role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand and assess client needs, objectives, and expectations to tailor brand strategies accordingly, ensure client satisfaction, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they align with brand objectives and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams in the organization, including creative, digital, and sales teams, to timely deliver successful campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.


馃挭 What You Bring To It

  • 1-3 years of account management and client servicing experience in a creative/advertising/digital agency.
  • Familiarity with social and digital marketing, content marketing and brand building strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
