Conduct daily external communication with wineries/brand parties, coordinate core work such as brand plan formulation, ANP (Annual Business Plan) management, and cooperation negotiations, and maintain stable and good cooperative relationships.
Take charge of internal management work related to sales depletion, inventory control, and logistics shipment to ensure the smooth connection between the supply chain and sales links.
Maintain close communication and collaboration with internal functional teams such as PR, Education, Trade MKT, Commercial, Finance, and Logistics to promote the coordinated implementation of various tasks.
Job Requirements
Possess keen commercial insight and number sensitivity, able to quickly capture market dynamics and make judgments based on data.
Have excellent communication and coordination skills, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities, and be able to efficiently connect internal and external partners.
Familiar with the wine industry, especially the New World wine market (Australia, Chile, etc.) is preferred; candidates with relevant brand management or FMCG industry work experience are preferred.
Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of undertaking full English business communication scenarios.
Have a strong sense of responsibility, execution ability and team spirit, and be able to adapt to a certain degree of work pressure.
