Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager

Manage strategic planning and negotiation/expansion with our customers. Build and foster relationships with senior executives in business, product, engineering, finance and tech within customers’ organization
Drive overall account health including product development, payments performance, cost optimization, account renewals & growth, and customer satisfaction, increase overall share of wallet
Manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and drive creative solutions, upsell new products, solutions, value added services, identify new opportunities, ensure customers are satisfied with Antom services, drive incremental outcomes
Coordinate with internal cross-functional stakeholders (including financial institution business development, product, tech, legal, and compliance) to launch projects for customers
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree holder in business, finance, marketing or a related field of study.
-Possess 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role ideally in business development and sales, managing relationships with large, and complex organizations.
-6+ years of experience related to payments, card networks, local payment methods, merchant acquiring, or other financial service fields.
-3+ of experience related to serving AI/Gaming/e-commerce industry customers, experience in negotiating commercial deals and upsell products/services.
-Thorough understanding of payment business models and associated best practices with regard to compliance and risk management.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.
