- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

- Experience in reaching out to customers/cold calling and helping customers to add value to their business.
- Experience working in a digital agency, with a Google product focus.
- Experience in the application or gaming industry.
In this role, you will own a set of new customers for six months to grow the next generation of customers for Google. You will work with an engaged team and bring creativity to grow and transform. The Customer Onboarding team operates like a Start-Up - 'Run It Like You Own It' mentality to enable leadership with a self-management team practice.
You will demonstrate the strengths in product knowledge, consultative business (we pitch to our clients), and account management. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with our acquisitions, product, program, and same-store teams.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time.
- Plan for, and achieve, business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities with recommendations to present to customers.
