Job Title: Business Development Executive

Work Location: Chennai(Nungambakkam)

Shift Timing: 4 PM-1 AM (Candidates must be comfortable working late evening shifts aligned with international time zones).


About the Role

CES is looking for a dynamic BDE to drive international B2B sales for our BPO services across the US, Canada, UK & Australia.


What You’ll Do

• Identify and generate new leads in international markets

• Conduct cold calling, email outreach & networking

• Ability to schedule meetings and present solutions to decision makers and C-level executives

• Drive client acquisition and meet sales targets

• Work closely with global E-commerce clients


What We’re Looking For

• Strong B2B international sales experience

• Proven success in cold calling & email prospecting

• Ability to engage confidently with leadership teams

• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

• Startup experience is an added advantage
