About The Role:

As a CBRE Marketing Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing activities for multiple product lines, services and market segments.

This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.

What You'll Do:

* Serve as strategic marketing partner to business leaders and sales professionals. Remain informed of CBRE services, initiatives, real estate trends, and client priorities.
* Spearhead and manage business development efforts. Work with high-profile internal stakeholders to develop compelling proposals and presentations to support winning new business.
* Participate in strategic property marketing efforts. Propose cutting edge and creative ideas, build marketing plans, and execute high-end collateral.
* Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the performance, output, training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
* Coordinate and manage local marketing activities. Set and track staff and department goals and ensure deadlines are communicated and met. Mentor and coach as needed.
* Ensure marketing compliance with company standards, logo, and consistency of marketing materials. Approve and review creative, copy, and proposed timelines.
* Present monthly and quarterly marketing reports to management.
* Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
* Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
* Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
* Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
* Align to best practices and processes within the job discipline; offer improvements in areas of opportunity.
* Coordinate and oversee the distribution of projects, including identifying outsourcing opportunities, to optimize team efficiency and ensure timely completion by the team.
* Cultivate strong relationships with Market Leaders, receiving feedback, aligning activities with priorities, and providing regular updates on team initiatives.
