Duties
- Lead project work to strategically deliver value across multiple departments or global locations through planning, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork
- Utilize problem-solving skills and data analysis to drive process improvements
- Develop a strong foundation of leadership skills
- Interpret financial and operational performance to identify business risks and opportunities
- Partner with internal customers to develop annual budgets and update monthly forecasts
- Participate in internal audits providing business leaders with objective assurance and advice to improve governance, risk management, or control processes
- Analyze and model financial data to enable strategic decision-making for business leaders
- Rotate through various finance departments including: Global Shared Services, Accounts Payable, BU Finance, Global Internal Audit, Global Accounting, Global Tax, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
Requirements
Employer will accept a master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position Requires Experience In The Following
- 2 years of experience conducting financial analysis and discussion of results
- 2 years of problem-solving experience using data analysis to solve financial-related problems
- 2 years of experience training others on financial-specific topics
- 2 years of experience handling client data, generating reports and analysis insights through written and verbal updates on projects and assignments
- 2 years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $92,102 to $95,500 per year.
