ABit Systems has been growing in the I.T. Sector for over 20 years. Our primary focus is on Managed Services. Our company accommodates a diverse client base along with a variety of industry specific setups.

Our software division also provides specialised development tailored towards our customers specific requirements. We offer a close-knit team of technical experts where your commitment and contributions will be recognised.


The Position:

As an Internal Sales Representative at ABit Systems, you will be working with our extensive customer portfolio to identify sales opportunities across our suite of IT solutions – including managed services, telephony, cybersecurity and software licensing. Reporting directly to the CGO, you will be responsible for helping manage customer relationships and growth of our fantastic customer base.

- Manage sales growth by qualifying and identifying business opportunities

- Processing quote requests and incoming sales.

- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive follow up.

- Consulting customers through phone calls and site visits.

- Updating internal systems with customer information, interactions, sales progress and updates.

- Assisting with sales and marketing programs (e.g. newsletters, outreach plans) .

- Representing ABit Systems at future events and meetings.

- Meeting KPI’s and targets.


Who Should Apply?

- Confident, strong communicator with the ability to be effective in-person, on the phone and over web meetings.

- Interest in IT, networks, and technology. Applying this to how it solves business problems, and an understanding of how IT functions work.

- The ability to be able to manage a high volume of daily activity and being able to think laterally and work independently where required.

- Strong teamwork skills and a good self-motivator.


Any familiarity or experience in sales, IT and the automotive industry are highly regarded for this role.
