RESPONSIBILITIES
About the role:
The Compliance Analyst I of the Securitization and Conduit Reporting department will review and interpret complex legal documents to determine compliance requirements. This team member will prepare monthly SEC filings related to the securitization trusts. They will provide overall support to management. This team member must be accuracy driven.
In this role you will:
- Prepare monthly SEC filings for securitization trusts including Forms 10-D and ABS-EE
- Prepare annual SEC filings for securitization trusts including Forms 10-K and ABS-15G
- Prepare annual Officer's Certificates with minimal supervision
- Responsible for annual Regulation AB audit for one or more securitization platforms
- Prepare and maintain procedures for all SEC filing requirements
- Perform special tasks and analysis as requested by management
- Keep abreast of current market trends and developments in securitization regulation
QUALIFICATIONS
What makes You an ideal candidate?
Knowledge and Skills
- Moderate knowledge of corporate finance and securitization compliance requirements.
- Moderate knowledge of preparation of SEC filings and financial filing software.
- Moderate knowledge of financial filing software.
- Proven demonstrated skills in review of securitization legal documents.
- Proven Microsoft Office Skills.
- Able to communicate in a clear and effective manner
- Ability to establish priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong focus on providing quality service to internal and external customers.
- Produce highly accurate work.
Education & Work Experience
- 0-2 years in a Compliance Analysis role; proven ability in performing all entry-level compliance analysis functions
- Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Paralegal training.
