As an Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique requirements. You will work closely with our operations team to coordinate service delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborating with our business development team to expand our client base. Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed and met
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and support
- Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services
- Monitor account performance, evaluate client satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement or growth
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to clients regarding service delivery and performance metrics
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide relevant insights to clients
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles in healthcare
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
