Proposal Manager

Everbridge is seeking a Proposal Manager to assist the sales team by providing support to meet sales targets and internal initiatives. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for building sales proposals, project managing RFI/RFP responses, and maintaining the RFP database.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience completing proposal submissions and/or bid documents
• 4-7 years of experience in sales or field operations (a plus)
• Prior experience with a technology or SaaS Software company (a plus)
• High level understanding of internet hosted applications, highly available architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking
• Experience interfacing with business and technical teams
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment
• Experience responding to RFIs/RFPs
• Familiarity with proposal management tools like RFPIO/Responsive
• Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
• Detail oriented
• Highly organized and driven by success, achievement, and recognition
• Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity, and persuasive confidence
• High energy level and a “can do” attitude
• Strong time management skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com application (a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related fields (a plus)
