Product Manager

We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Product Manager to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will lead a small product development team independently, ensuring consistent and prompt delivery of high-quality outcomes that are aligned with overall product and organizational objectives and drive product development and strategy. This role drives the product roadmap, supports strategic decision‑making, enables sales commitments, and safeguards customer retention by consistently advancing product development and execution.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• 5 years of professional experience in product management or a related field
• Experience working in a Scrum environment or similar Agile frameworks, with a strong understanding of product development cycles and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SaaS multi‑tenant architectures
• Data‑driven mindset with a strong focus on using insights to guide product decisions, measure success, and continuously improve customer outcomes.
• Comfort working with large or imperfect datasets and applying structured thinking to derive insights and insights‑driven decisions
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience

It would be great if you also have . . .

• Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Product board, Lucid or similar platforms
• Experience working with AI‑enabled products or capabilities, including applying machine learning or generative AI concepts to enhance product functionality and customer outcomes.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Lead a small development team with complete autonomy, driving products forward with confidence and expertise.
• Consistently deliver high-quality work in a timely manner, ensuring products are built efficiently and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineering, users experience, marketing and sales teams to deliver product to required business outcomes.
• Track product performance and sets objectives and key results (OKRs) for their team(s) with guidance from their lead / manager.
• Provide strategic insights that influence key product initiatives, helping to shape the direction and priorities of the team.
• Offer advice and mentorship to junior team members, fostering professional growth and development within the group.
• Elevate the team’s understanding of customers within their product line and constantly advocates for the customer internally.
• Effectively prioritize requests from other teams, integrating them into the team’s roadmap to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Provide clear and actionable guidance to other teams, facilitating collaboration and communication across product lines to achieve shared objectives.
• Champion innovation by proposing new approaches, encouraging creative problem solving, and iterating on processes that improve product quality and delivery speed.

About The Team

You will be reporting to Director, Product Management based in London. You will collaborate closely with fellow Product Managers across the portfolio.

Hours of Work

• This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week based out of Noida, India (IST).
• We work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday (Hybrid work mode)
