A leading Building Materials industry manufacturer is seeking a motivated and experienced Builder Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with the top 30+ national production home builder accounts within the Western states. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large top 30+ national home builder accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and secure new business.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Ability to travel across California and other Western states as needed.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the construction and home building market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
