Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can operate at the intersection of:

  • brand
  • growth
  • consumer understanding
  • execution
  • communication

This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on.

One day you may be analyzing sales trends across Amazon and Blinkit.

Another day you may be improving ad creatives, writing campaign hooks, coordinating launches, or studying customer psychology.

This is a high ownership role working directly with founders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & Channel Management
  • Track and improve growth across:
  • D2C website
  • Amazon & marketplaces
  • Quick commerce channels
  • Analyze sales trends, conversion metrics, repeat purchases, and consumer behaviour
  • Identify growth opportunities and execute on them
  • Coordinate with agencies, marketplaces, and internal teams
2. Brand & Communication
  • Maintain strong and consistent brand communication across all touchpoints
  • Improve:
  • Meta ad creatives
  • Product messaging
  • Website communication
  • WhatsApp/SMS/email campaigns
  • Marketplace creatives
  • Packaging communication
  • Ensure the brand feels authentic, trustworthy, and differentiated
3. Consumer Understanding
  • Deeply understand customer psychology and buying behaviour
  • Study reviews, support conversations, and market trends
  • Translate consumer insights into better communication and positioning
4. Marketing & Campaigns
  • Execute product launches and festive campaigns
  • Coordinate with design, content, influencer, and performance teams
  • Contribute creative ideas and growth experiments
  • Ensure timely campaign execution across all channels
5. Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Strengthen Vediko’s positioning as a trusted clean-label food brand
  • Build stronger emotional connection and brand recall
  • Help shape long-term brand perception



Ideal Candidate Profile


  • 3–6 years experience in D2C/startup ecosystem
  • Strong ownership mentality
  • Analytical + creative thinker
  • Understands consumer psychology
  • Good understanding of growth metrics and branding
  • Fast execution capability
  • Strong communication and creative instincts
  • Comfortable working in startup environments with ambiguity



Huge Plus If Candidate Has


  • Worked in health/wellness/food brands
  • Experience with Meta ads creatives
  • Experience with marketplaces or quick commerce
  • Founder’s office experience
  • Strong storytelling ability
  • Experience scaling a consumer brand
