About the Role


We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Manager to lead revenue growth, manage strategic client relationships, and develop commercial opportunities across key markets. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial mindset combined with experience in sales, business development, account management, or partnerships.


This position will report directly to the CEO and offers the opportunity to work from one of our offices in Spain as part of our international team.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute commercial growth strategies
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage key client accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Act as a senior recruiter on strategic and business-critical roles across the group
  • Identify new business and market opportunities
  • Support and improve sales performance and pipeline management
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and leadership teams
  • Prepare forecasts, commercial reports, and performance analysis
  • Monitor KPIs, margins, and commercial targets
  • Build long-term customer relationships and support upselling opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and commercial performance
  • Ensure commercial compliance and operational efficiency


Qualifications


  • Experience in sales, business development, account management, or commercial operations
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Commercially driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Experience managing B2B relationships
  • Ability to analyze financial and sales data
  • Leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • CRM and pipeline management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
