Innovate Consulting is partnering with a fast-growing organization in the insurance technology and digital transformation space to hire a Senior Product Delivery Manager to lead high-impact technology initiatives and Agile delivery teams.

We’re looking for a strong delivery leader who knows how to drive execution, remove roadblocks, and keep teams aligned in fast-paced environments. This is a highly visible role leading cross-functional teams, managing delivery operations, and partnering directly with business stakeholders.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading Agile delivery across multiple technology initiatives
• Managing Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and partner teams
• Driving sprint planning, prioritization, and execution
• Partnering with stakeholders to align delivery with business goals
• Tracking KPIs, delivery health, and continuous improvement efforts
• Helping scale delivery processes in a growing organization

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✔ 6+ years in Service Delivery / Program Delivery / Agile Delivery leadership

✔ Experience leading cross-functional technical teams

✔ Strong Agile/Scrum background

✔ Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Planview, or similar tools

✔ Comfortable in fast-moving, hands-on environments

✔ Insurance or financial services experience is a plus
