GoodLife Innovations is an award-winning and nationally recognized leader in services for adults with disabilities. We are seeking a Recruiter to help us build a compassionate and skilled team of Direct Support staff who care for the individuals we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire hiring process for Direct Support staff
- Review applications, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates
- Match qualified candidates with open positions
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings, including background checks
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met
- Create a welcoming and seamless hiring experience for new employees

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Psychology, or Business (preferred)
- Experience in HR or Recruiting (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to self-direct and follow processes independently
- Proficiency in Google applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
