GoodLife Innovations is an award-winning and nationally recognized leader in services for adults with disabilities. We are seeking a Recruiter to help us build a compassionate and skilled team of Direct Support staff who care for the individuals we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire hiring process for Direct Support staff
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates
• Match qualified candidates with open positions
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings, including background checks
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met
• Create a welcoming and seamless hiring experience for new employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Psychology, or Business (preferred)
• Experience in HR or Recruiting (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to self-direct and follow processes independently
• Proficiency in Google applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
