We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager (Food & Beverage and Amusements) to join our Operations team in the west, reporting to the Head of Product. This role provides centralized support across Amusements and Food & Beverage, partnering closely with Support Office teams, Regional Support Managers, Centre Management, and suppliers to drive consistent standards, strong performance, and brand excellence across all Splitsville locations.
Based in our Calgary Highfield centre, this hybrid role includes regular field support across Western Canada.

- Support centres with daily Amusements and Food & Beverage operations to ensure quality, safety, compliance, and brand standards.
- Act as a central liaison between head office, regional managers, centre teams, and suppliers.
- Analyse amusement machine performance, driving revenue, efficiency, and team capability through training.
- Oversee amusement product listings, pricing, repairs, stock counts, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure food quality, service, and safety while monitoring sales, costs, and operational performance.
- Manage inventory accuracy and supplier relations, including effective use of the Optimum Control (OC) system.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Organise and deliver Amusement Academies and other training initiatives with suppliers and internal teams.
- Coordinate Amusements and F&B setup, procurement, training, and supplier onboarding for new locations.
- Support menu development, system updates, and operational audits for new managers and centres.
- Maintain operational documentation and collaborate with Compliance and Safety teams to uphold standards.
- Promote accountability, high standards, and continuous improvement across all centres, completing additional tasks as required.
- Proven experience in amusements, food & beverage, hospitality, or entertainment operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory systems (Optimum Control preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Preparedness to travel across Canada.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and safety environments.
