Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking to hire a Managing Director to join its FinTech Coverage team.

The role will involve senior coverage responsibility across the sector, originating and executing transactions across M&A, ECM, and Leveraged Finance. The successful candidate will be expected to leverage an established network of senior relationships across the FinTech ecosystem, working closely with product partners and sponsors globally.

Key requirements include:

• Extensive investment banking experience within FinTech
• Proven origination and execution track record across M&A, ECM and/or LevFin
• Established C-suite and sponsor relationships
• Strong leadership and client management capabilities
• Experience operating within a leading global platform
