Position: Admin & Accounting Assistant (m/f/d)


Your Tasks:

  • Manage office administration (correspondence, scheduling, travel, supplies)
  • Support accounting (bookkeeping, invoices, expenses, AP/AR)
  • Handle HR administration (records, onboarding, payroll coordination)
  • Assist expatriates with relocation and administrative procedures
  • Liaise with external partners (banks, legal, insurance, etc.)


Your Profile:

  • 1–3 years in office administration or similar roles
  • Some accounting support experience or basic knowledge/ studies from university etc.
  • Experience with HR related topics such as labor law, employee/expat support
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Business-level English and German (Japanese is a plus)


Your Benefits:

  • Permanent contract
  • 30 days of annual vacation
  • Start: immediately (negotiable)


Location: Hannover/Wolfsburg area
