What you will be doing:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in software development, cloud technologies, front-end and back-end architecture, and modern development methodologies. These roles require collaborative professionals who can contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and secure software solutions.

Responsible for planning, designing, developing, and validating software systems and applications focused on user experience (UX) innovation. This includes enhancements to existing products and the development of new solutions, particularly within cloud-based platforms and internet-connected tools. The role emphasizes creating intuitive, high-performance UX applications that support strategic product differentiation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications across front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Operations to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Develop and maintain user-friendly GUI applications with a focus on usability, responsiveness, and performance.
• Participate in software architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning activities.
• Implement and support cloud-based applications and services using platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Build and maintain APIs, system integrations, and database solutions using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow Agile development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban to support iterative development and timely delivery.
• Ensure software solutions align with cybersecurity best practices and secure coding standards.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation efforts, and documentation to support long-term maintainability.

What you'll need to be successful:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++.
• Experience with both front-end and back-end development in full-stack environments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, and application lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL database technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience developing GUI applications using modern frameworks and development tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure software development practices.
