This position will serve as PR5 financial functional expert, responsible for coordination of site planning, forecasting and reporting. The position will serve as key financial business partner for manufacturing. Ability to influence site/senior leadership, and communication skills are key requirements for this position. This role will provide broad oversight for the SOx program at the facility, and support the site Technical Agenda.
Job responsibilities
- Lead site financial planning and performance, including Strategic Plan, Business Plan, and forecasts
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and risk management (including SOX)
- Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and monthly performance communication.
- Support capital management, costing, and operational financial decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive cost optimization and business results.
- Lead financial analysis and strategic decision support for site initiatives.
- Coordinate forecasting, planning cycles, and year-end close activities.
- Support in finance capability development and team effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in finance, accounting, procurement, or planning; manufacturing experience preferred.
- Certifications: CPA preferred.
- Language: Bilingual (English & Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office and Data Analytics Tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours as needed

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$111,000 - $162,800
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
