Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Globally recognized name in the art/design world seeking a Talent Acquisition team member. This is a recruiting-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to find great people.

The right person will own full-cycle recruiting across the organization, manage internship programs, support employer branding, and help build out hiring processes. There is also HR operations involvement, but recruiting is the core of this role.

This is an on site role located in Manhattan with amazing perks and benefits.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Bachelor in HR, Arts, or relevant fields
• Background in the arts, design, architecture, or a related creative field
• Full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions
• Comfort with HR operations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to build process from scratch

Long term, there is a path toward a broader HR generalist role or a deeper people operations function, depending on where your interests take you.
