Entrepreneur in Residence — Founder's Office (Internship, m/f/d)
Indexed description
- Starting ASAP
- Munich preferred
- Remote (EU) possible
Work directly with the founders to build and scale a new product or business unit end-to-end at a YC-backed legal tech company. This is a high-ownership operator role for someone who wants to learn how new ventures are created inside a startup — from idea to launch to revenue.
## About Beglaubigt.de
Legal processes in Germany and Europe are still slow, fragmented, and deeply offline — notarizations, company formations, registrations, certified translations, business addresses, and more. Beglaubigt.de is rebuilding this infrastructure from the ground up: digital-first, API-ready, and designed to operate at internet speed. Backed by Y Combinator, we process thousands of cases per year and work with banks, platforms, and service providers across Europe.
## The Role
You will work directly with the founders to build and launch new products or business units inside the company. This is not a typical internship. It is a mini-venture builder role where you will own initiatives from concept to execution.
You Will
- Identify new product opportunities and business models
- Build initial go-to-market strategies
- Coordinate across product, operations, sales, and marketing
- Turn early traction into scalable business units
- Analytical thinking — You break down markets, customer problems, and business models logically and turn insights into clear decisions.
- Execution speed — You move from idea to implementation quickly — testing, iterating, and improving constantly.
- Ownership mindset — You take responsibility for outcomes, not tasks. When something matters, you drive it forward until it works.
- Structured problem solving — You turn messy problems into clear plans, processes, and measurable results.
- You think like a builder, not just an analyst
- You enjoy taking ideas from 0 → 1
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- You care about measurable business outcomes
- You work independently and take initiative
- You communicate clearly and operate with high ownership

- Top university background (e.g., HSG, WHU, TUM, LMU) is a plus
