Overview

We are seeking an Office Energy & Culture Lead to help create and maintain a positive, engaging, and high-energy workplace environment.

This is NOT a sales position.

This role does not involve selling, meeting sales quotas, or working in a sales capacity. The focus is entirely on office culture, employee engagement, and maintaining a motivated and positive team environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who naturally brings energy into a room, enjoys working with people, and helps create a productive and enjoyable workplace experience for everyone.

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, events, coaching, or team environments is a plus (not required)
