A confidential search for an exceptional Managing Director to support a sophisticated UHNW household and multi-property residential operation based in Miami, Florida.

This newly created leadership role is designed to professionalize, stabilize, and unify residential operations across multiple luxury properties while serving as the primary operational bridge between the principals, residences, staff, vendors, and Family Office infrastructure.

The successful candidate will combine refined hospitality sensibilities with disciplined operational leadership, bringing structure, accountability, systems, and proactive execution to a complex and highly visible private environment. This individual will oversee residential readiness, staff leadership, vendor management, facilities oversight, capital projects, operational systems, budgeting coordination, and service excellence across the organization.

This is a highly hands-on executive leadership role requiring maturity, discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate calmly and effectively within a high-expectation UHNW environment. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing strategic initiatives, household infrastructure, staffing dynamics, operational reporting, property transitions, and elevated hospitality standards.

• Significant senior leadership experience within UHNW households, estates, family offices, or luxury hospitality environments
• Proven success in managing complex residential operations, staff, vendors, and properties
• Strong operational systems and organizational leadership capabilities
• Exceptional discretion, executive presence, and emotional intelligence
• Experience overseeing facilities, maintenance, projects, budgeting, and service standards
• Calm, solutions-oriented, and highly organized leadership style
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
• Miami-based candidates preferred
