Role Summary

The Senior Corporate Recruiter serves as a trusted strategic advisor to hiring leaders, driving full-cycle recruitment and proactive talent strategies that support the continued growth of DHL eCommerce. This role partners closely with leaders to deliver high-quality talent for intermediate to senior-level, complex roles, with a strong emphasis on IT and Finance recruiting within large, enterprise organizations (Fortune 1,000).


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, advise on talent strategy, and share market insights
  • Lead intake meetings to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and sourcing approaches
  • Coach leaders on interviewing, selection decisions, and compliance

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for intermediate to senior and complex roles
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates, presenting qualified shortlists with recommendations
  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate debriefs, and manage offer development and delivery

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting channels
  • Build and maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, including IT and Finance positions

Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience

  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience aligned with the DHL eCommerce employer brand
  • Guide hiring managers on timely communication, feedback, and decision-making
  • Support internal candidates and ensure constructive feedback is provided

Compliance, Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate ATS data for reporting and analytics
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, including corporate recruiting in large organizations
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting IT and Finance roles within Fortune 1,000 or similarly complex enterprise environments
  • Strong sourcing and screening expertise, including proactive talent pipeline development
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms, structured interviewing methods, and U.S. employment law


Core Skills & Capabilities

  • Consultative communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently
  • Data-informed approach to recruiting and advising leaders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)


Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Professional office environment; sitting 25–75% of the workday
  • Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%)
