Job Title: Social Media & Content Assistant (Part-Time, Utah County)

Location: Utah County, UT or Fully Remote

About the Job:

A Utah-based lifestyle creator is seeking a part-time Social Media & Content Assistant to support day-to-day content needs, brand partnerships, and digital organization workflows. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands creator culture, and wants experience working within the influencer and creator economy. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, creative, organized, discreet, and excited to collaborate in a fast-moving, highly visual environment.

You’ll help bring ideas to life, stay ahead of trends, support content production, and ensure the creator’s digital world runs smoothly. Flexibility is essential, as each week may look a bit different.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Support:

• Assist in creating and curating visual content (Reels, TikToks, photos).
• Brainstorm and prepare concepts for organic content and brand partnerships.
• Help maintain the creator’s visual style, tone, and brand consistency.

Administrative & Organizational Support:

• Provide assistance maintaining content calendar, track deliverables, and organize digital assets.
• Support general administrative needs as they arise, ensuring smooth operations.

Trends, Research & Creative Ideation:

• Stay current on creator-driven trends and platform updates.
• Bring forward relevant concepts and creative ideas tailored to the creator’s brand and audience.
• Conduct light research on similar creators, trending audio, relevant moments, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram, either for yourself or a creator/brand. A portfolio, TikTok/IG links, or examples of past work are strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to write or outline engaging concepts.
• Creative thinker with strong organizational habits and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Must be comfortable working in a home environment and around pets/children.
• Reliable, kind, and able to work with a positive, team-oriented attitude.



Compensation & Hours:

• Hourly Role: $18/ hour
• Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
• Location: If located in Utah - occasional work-in-person required in Utah County; some local travel with the creator may be required. Otherwise fully remote.
