Product Manager – Bancassurance
We are looking for a Product Manager – Bancassurance to help shape, grow and commercialize our insurance portfolio embedded within the bank’s retail ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of insurance, banking and digital sales, combining product ownership with strong digital marketing and campaign execution, focused on portfolio growth, customer engagement and commercial performance across digital and assisted channels.
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the bancassurance insurance product strategy, aligned with business objectives, customer needs and and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the insurance product lifecycle within a bancassurance model, including development, market monitoring and adaptation, ongoing optimization and portfolio performance, across both life and non‑life products.
- Drive portfolio growth through digital marketing and sales campaigns, aimed at increasing penetration, activation and customer value.
- Own and coordinate CRM and digital campaigns (newsletters, push notifications, pop‑ups, banners, contextual triggers).
- Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Digital Sales and Distribution teams to define messaging, targeting and sales enablement.
- Monitor commercial performance, persistency and campaign effectiveness, proposing optimization actions.
- Own portfolio budgeting and financial performance tracking, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability targets
- Collaborate with transversal teams (Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT) to ensure smooth and compliant execution of product and campaign initiatives.
- Maintain a solid understanding of customer journeys and digital distribution in a bancassurance context, contributing to simplification and improvement initiatives where relevant.
- Manage relationships with insurance partners, including commercial discussions and ongoing monitoring of contractual obligations.
- Support the commercial network in the sales process and contribute to the development of sales, promotion and communication tools.
- Coordinate operational and portfolio reporting activities, covering customer portfolio, claims, contractual reporting and product data.
- Define functional requirements, participate in solution testing and contribute to the development of digital and AI‑enabled capabilities related to insurance products.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within, insurance, bancassurance or financial services.
- Experience with digital marketing, CRM or customer communication campaigns is a plus
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to prioritize based on business impact.
- Very good stakeholder management and communication skills.
