This is more than a traditional SDR role.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across both sales and marketing, working directly with:
- High-intent inbound leads
- HubSpot CRM and pipeline management
- Paid acquisition channels like Google Ads and Meta
- Real-world customer journeys and conversion funnels
You’ll be part of a team that takes a thoughtful, systems-driven approach to growth and customer experience.
This is a part-time, high-activity role focused on engaging and nurturing warm and high-intent leads. You’ll connect with prospective customers via calls and texts, help them explore campervan ownership, and identify qualified buyers.
Once qualified, you’ll hand off leads to our Sales Director while continuing to learn how deals progress through the pipeline.
This role is ideal for early-career professional (or a college student) looking to build real-world skills in sales, marketing, and business operations.
- Call, text, and follow up with inbound leads
- Respond quickly and professionally to new inquiries
- Build rapport and maintain consistent communication
- Understand customer needs, timeline, and budget
- Identify high-intent buyers
- Prepare and hand off qualified leads to the Sales Director
- Log all activity in HubSpot (calls, texts, notes)
- Keep pipeline organized and up to date
- Follow structured outreach and nurture workflows
- Gain visibility into how leads are generated and converted
- Learn how paid channels like Google Ads and Meta drive pipeline
- Help identify trends in customer questions, objections, and behavior
- Assist with preparation for trade shows and events
- Support lead capture and follow-up efforts
- Occasionally attend events and engage with prospects
This role has a part-time (~20 hours per week), monthly OTE of $3,000. OTE comes from:
- Hourly base pay ($15-20 DOE)
- Bonus per qualified lead handoff
- Bonus on closed deals from leads you sourced
- Extra hours for travel for events
- Access to VanCraft campervans
- Hands-on experience with real sales and marketing systems
- Exposure to HubSpot, paid acquisition channels, and conversion workflows

- Previous customer-facing, outreach, or sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (especially HubSpot)
- Primarily in-office in Salt Lake City
- Flexible part-time schedule
- Occasional travel for events, trade shows, and industry experiences
