Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative for an on-site position in Lehi, UT. In this role, you will identify and qualify potential leads, initiate outreach efforts through calls and emails, and schedule meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. You will also play a key role in developing business relationships and uncovering new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and engage potential clients.
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills, including confidence in building relationships and effectively conveying value propositions.
- Proficiency in Business Development to discover new opportunities and foster partnerships that align with organizational goals.
- Self-motivated, goal-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is advantageous but not required.
