This position requires approximately 35 hours of work per week and is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote) after three months of employment.
Project Support and Reporting
- Capture, sort, and manage Risks, Issues, and Decisions that are identified during meetings (business and technical), during testing activities,
- Schedule and Lead RAID Review meetings for the PMO Team
- Create and submit weekly status reports on Risks and Issues for PMO Projects
- Work with Project Managers, Scrum masters, Business Analyst and Business SMEs to create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test plans and scripts to ensure they align with
- Execute test scenarios, scripts, or procedures to validate system modifications.
- Analyze test results and report on metrics
- Work with technical SMEs, develop, write, edit, and format materials such as Standard Operating Procedures, business processes, technical manuals, how-to guides, user manuals, reports, user interface copy, online help, quick guides, intranet content, and other technical, business process, and user-focused materials.
- Create videos, tutorials, and other user assistance to help our users successfully learn and use various business applications.
- Ensure compliance with the Army’s project management standards and methodologies (e.g., PMI/PMBOK, Agile frameworks).
- Maintain the project governance framework, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Manage documentation inventory and create a plan for periodic documentation review for all processes.
- Monitoring compliance with governance standards and project documentation accuracy.
- Identify and effectively manage/address risks to minimize impact on assigned PMO Projects
- Track and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide risk reports to project stakeholders and ensure corrective actions are taken where necessary.

- Manage and maintain project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com.)
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on the use of PMO tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness within the project management systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PMO and across the project portfolio.
- Standardize project management processes, templates, and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure streamlined project delivery and documentation practices.
- Tracking of the accuracy and timeliness of project reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Risk Management, Business Administration, Project management or related field.
- Master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Risk Management or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with SDLC, QA techniques, and software development tools, preferred.
- Effective oral and written communications.
- Ability to identify risks, issues, and impacts associated.
- Previous experience in technical roles, Systems Administration, Testing, or Development required.
- Previous PMO analyst experience, preferred.
