Location: Two Rivers, WI

Pay: $26–$27/hr

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (part-time, 32 hrs/week)

Work Environment: 100% Onsite | Business Casual

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established affordable housing community with ongoing renovation and modernization projects. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, support residents, and lead a small on-site team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site staff and ensure the community is safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Lead leasing efforts, manage move-ins/move-outs, and resolve resident issues
• Receive, review, and process incoming rent payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure compliance with all multi-family housing policies and regulations
• Handle site administration, reporting, and coordination with management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of building facilities, grounds, and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license required

Nice to Have

• HUD or affordable housing experience (LIHTC, HUD, RD, 811 PRA)
• Lease-up experience
• Compliance knowledge in multi-family housing
