Leasing Specialist - Sheboygan Area

What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the leasing and application process.
- Prepare leases, applications, and resident documentation in accordance with LIHTC and workforce housing requirements.
- Complete follow-up communication with prospects and support resident retention efforts.
- Provide administrative support including filing, record maintenance, and service request coordination.
- Assist with compliance interviews and coordinate documentation with the Compliance team.
- Support outreach marketing, resident communications, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience required.
- LIHTC experience preferred.
- Experience with RealPage / OneSite property management software preferred.
- Valid Drivers License and insurable driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc) preferred.
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Competitive hourly pay between $22-$24/hour based on experience.
