Tetra Tech is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Pasadena, CA. The pay scale for this position is $72,000.000-$90,000.00 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
Your Role
Provide high-level administrative services for executive management and lead various projects and processes for the corporate executive team. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel arrangements; meeting and event management; preparing correspondence and presentations; expense reporting; and processing invoices. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project management experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients Board members and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a C-Suite Executive Assistant.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once, use sound independent judgment and follow-up on prioritized assignments.
- Meeting management skills are needed.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
