Fiberglass Florida is looking for an energetic, hands-on team member to join our growing company in a unique hybrid role that combines retail sales, warehouse operations, customer service, and marine industry product support.

This is not your typical desk job — and it’s not a warehouse job where you’re stuck pulling orders all day either. Every day is different, and you’ll gain experience across multiple areas of the business while learning the fiberglass, marine coatings, composites, and boating industries from the ground up.

If you enjoy boating, working with your hands, learning technical products, and staying busy in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

Depending on the day and business needs, responsibilities may include:

• Helping customers at the retail counter
• Answering phones and assisting customers with orders and product questions
• Typing quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders
• Pulling and preparing customer orders
• Assisting with shipping and receiving
• Mixing marine paint and coatings
• Organizing warehouse inventory
• Supporting daily retail and warehouse operations
• Learning fiberglass, gelcoat, resin, marine paint, and composite materials

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and motivated
• Comfortable working in both retail and warehouse settings
• Marine, boating, paint, construction, or hands-on trade experience is a plus, but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
