What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generate and close new business across food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, water treatment, and industrial manufacturing sectors
  • Lead proposals, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
  • Oversee projects from award through closeout, ensuring schedule, margin, and quality targets are met
  • Align estimating, scope, fabrication, and field execution teams
  • Support continuous improvement in project delivery and operational performance

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
  • Extensive background in industrial mechanical contracting or related services
  • Proven ability to drive business development and project delivery
  • Strong expertise in estimating, project economics, and contract negotiation
  • Experience working in regulated or process-driven manufacturing environments
