HR Assistant

Conduct employee orientation and assist in onboarding processes
Process pre-employment and post-hire requirements (e.g., 201 files, IDs)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Prepare reports for new hires and other HR-related reports
Coordinate with Payroll regarding unresolved payroll concerns
Assist in Compensation and Benefits, including processing and monitoring monthly government contributions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
At least 6 months of experience in HR or administrative support
Knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, employee records management, and basic payroll coordination
Experience in processing government contributions
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and email)
Must be willing to work in Ermita, Manila
