Job Requirements
Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related discipline
1–2 years of experience in IT support (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome)
Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and troubleshooting
Awareness of AI tools and responsible AI practices
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Job Responsibilities
Deliver first-level support for hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 concerns
Set up, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and IT assets
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT inventory records
Assist in deploying and promoting responsible use of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
Contribute to digital transformation and automation projects
Implement and monitor information security measures and endpoint protection
Participate in IT audits, incident reporting, and security awareness programs
