What You'll Do
- Create, update, and maintain workflow plans and project documentation including estimates, earned values and closeouts.
- Organize and track professional service agreements, subcontractor agreements, and ensure full contract compliance.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify and address potential issues, and coordinate quality controls to ensure procedures are followed.
- Measure and report on project performance with a strong focus on client satisfaction, attention to detail and deadlines, and ontime delivery.
- 2+ years' project administration experience, preferably in engineering, consulting or similar technical environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field highly preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Strong "cando" attitude with a track record of success with document organization, client communication, and report creation.
- A peoplefocused mindset; professional, respectful, and teamoriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively both internally and externally.
- Initiative and a positive approach to challenges facilitating problemsolving and delivering solutions with minimal direction.
- Responsive communication skills: you communicate openly, proactively, and promptly with excellent verbal and written abilities.
- Proficiency and comfort with AI tools, Microsoft Office and CRM platforms plus a passion for finding smarter ways to work.

- Competitive Compensation $30.00$50.00 per hour (depending on experience, internal and external benchmarking).
- Schedule & Location Flexibility Hybrid or workfromhome options after a successful initial inoffice period; we accommodate nonroutine schedules and parttime needs.
- Generous Time Off PTO accrual commensurate with length of industry service (160 hours up to 10 years, 200 hours at 10+), plus 8 extra hours for every 5 years of company service.
- Paid Premium Overtime First 80 hours banked as comp time; anything beyond paid at 1.5x your hourly rate.
