Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Infrastructure Engineer located in Overland Park, KS. The Infrastructure Engineer will design, implement, maintain, and repair infrastructure systems and buildings across campuses, troubleshoot technical issues, oversee system administration activities. The role will also involve maintaining and optimizing networking systems to enhance operational efficiency and support the church's mission.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience in facilities operations, technical arts, and/or construction
- Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Relate and work well with church staff and lay leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Degree or experience in construction trade skills
- Experience with faith-based organizations is a plus
