This position includes sleep shifts, allowing you to earn a full-time income while maintaining a 4-day "weekend" every single week.

In this role, you aren't just an employee-you are a mentor helping individuals achieve independence and fulfillment. You will:

• Promote Independence: Assist clients with daily activities like grocery shopping, cooking, and errands.
• Provide Quality Care: Support clients with hygiene, medication administration, and mobility (including two-person transfers and Hoyer lift use).
• Goal Setting: Help clients reach personal milestones in social integration and daily living.
• Community Connection: Transport clients to local appointments and community events.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
• Physical ability to assist with client transfers.
• A compassionate heart and a commitment to helping others grow.
