Your Responsibilities

  • KPI & Performance Management - Monitor the performance of our global service providers and build dashboards that make KPIs transparent, actionable, and easy to interpret.
  • Data-Driven Process Optimization - Analyze service processes, identify bottlenecks, and derive insights that help refine and optimize our international supplier management strategy.
  • Financial Integrity & Reporting - Support accurate invoice verification and ensure that delivered services align with our quality expectations and commercial agreements.
  • International Partner Coordination - Act as a central point of contact for external partners worldwide, providing operational support and contributing to consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Onboarding & Quality Enablement - Guide new service partners through the onboarding process and ensure they meet the required qualifications and standards

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in operations, supplier management, controlling, or service processes is a plus, not a requirement
  • Fluent, confident English communication skills — essential in our global setup
  • Motivation, curiosity, and strong analytical thinking
  • A structured working style and willingness to learn
  • Comfort working with data, KPIs, and digital tools
  • Strong communication skills and openness to new topics
