Title: Business Development Manager – Space Tech (m/f/d)

Location: Taufkirchen, Germany (Hybrid)


Essential Skills:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Full-cycle sales and business development
  • Lead generation and pipeline management
  • Cold calling and customer acquisition
  • CRM Systems knowledge
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of SpaceTech / Aerospace industry
  • Ability to manage complex client requirements
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • German language skills are an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and customer acquisition
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong sales pipelines
  • Identify and engage clients within the aerospace and defense sectors
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and commercial discussions
  • Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate internally
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Develop long-term client relationships and support business growth
