Essential Skills:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Full-cycle sales and business development
- Lead generation and pipeline management
- Cold calling and customer acquisition
- CRM Systems knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of SpaceTech / Aerospace industry
- Ability to manage complex client requirements
- Fluent English communication skills
- German language skills are an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and customer acquisition
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong sales pipelines
- Identify and engage clients within the aerospace and defense sectors
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and commercial discussions
- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate internally
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Develop long-term client relationships and support business growth
