Mx Life Sciences is partnering with a fast-growing healthcare engagement business that’s redefining how global pharma companies connect with healthcare professionals through digital, behavioural science-led engagement, and strategic communications.


Following continued international growth and increasing demand from major pharmaceutical clients, the business is looking to appoint a Vice President, Client Partnerships to lead and expand a portfolio of strategic global accounts.


This is a highly visible commercial leadership role with significant influence across client strategy, growth, and long-term partnership development.


The Opportunity


This is far more than a traditional account leadership position. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders across global pharma organisations, helping shape strategic engagement initiatives while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion across key accounts.

You’ll partner closely with executive leadership, delivery teams, and commercial functions to drive long-term client value and support the next phase of business growth.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead strategic relationships across a portfolio of global pharmaceutical clients
  • Build trusted partnerships with senior commercial and medical stakeholders
  • Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities across existing accounts
  • Influence client engagement strategy and long-term account planning
  • Partner cross-functionally with delivery, strategy, and leadership teams
  • Support new business and expansion initiatives where relevant
  • Act as a senior commercial voice within the organisation


What They’re Looking For


  • Significant experience in client partnerships, strategic accounts, or commercial leadership within healthcare, pharma services, medical communications, or digital health
  • Proven ability to grow and expand enterprise-level client relationships
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Commercially minded with a consultative, relationship-led approach
  • Experience operating within fast-growth or entrepreneurial environments is advantageous
  • Ability to navigate complex international client organisations
