Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Dallas, TX, for a Logistics Sales Account Manager. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, managing accounts, generating new business leads, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role will also involve effective communication with clients and internal teams to meet and exceed expectations.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related field
  • Familiarity with logistics, transportation, or supply chain management is a plus
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with excellent problem-solving skills
