About Us
Shubh Swasan is an India-based technical textiles company developing advanced insulation systems and engineered textile materials for global markets. Our insulation platform, LOFTHERM®️, is used across outerwear, workwear, defence and cold-weather applications, with a focus on lightweight thermal efficiency, loft retention and engineered garment integration.
As we expand our presence across Europe, we are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager (Germany) to help build strategic relationships within the outdoor, technical apparel, workwear and performance textile ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand LOFTHERM®️ business opportunities across Europe
• Build relationships with outdoor, performance apparel, workwear and defence-related brands
• Connect and meet with sourcing, material development and product teams across target companies
• Represent LOFTHERM®️ at industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings
• Coordinate sample developments and follow-ups with prospective customers
• Identify market opportunities, industry trends and potential strategic partnerships
Ideal Profile
• Experience within technical textiles, performance apparel, sourcing or material development
• Existing network within the European outdoor, workwear or technical apparel industry
• Strong understanding of functional materials and garment ecosystems
• Independent, commercially driven and relationship-oriented approach
• Based in Germany or well connected within the European market
• Experience working with outdoor/performance brands is highly preferred
We are looking for someone who understands the European performance apparel ecosystem and can help position LOFTHERM®️ as a long-term material and insulation partner within the market.
