- Developing and executing sales activities and customer plans
- Maintaining and further developing relationships with existing customers
- Acquiring new customers within the Norwegian power market
- Translating customer needs into innovative end-to-end solutions (hardware, software, and services)
- Analyzing customer requirements and market developments
- Managing and further developing the customer portfolio with a focus on long-term value creation
Meet your future team
You will succeed through close collaboration with specialists at Kamstrup’s headquarters in Denmark — particularly within Product & Solution Management, Pricing & Bid Management, Sales Excellence, and Marketing. You will report directly to the Country Manager in Norway and work closely with colleagues in sales, support, service, and support functions at our Oslo office. As part of Kamstrup’s “Better together” strategy, you will serve as a key link between customer needs and our collective expertise, helping to create value through collaboration across the organization.
Less About Us, More About You
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who can build and maintain long-term, successful partnerships with our customers. You achieve this by combining strong commercial understanding with a value-based and customer-oriented approach, knowing when to act, how to prioritize, and being willing to go the extra mile to deliver strong results.
In order to succeed we imagine that you:
- Have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales within a technical industry / IT — preferably within IoT or SaaS/DaaS solutions
- Can demonstrate proven results in complex solution sales with long sales cycles, including building a sales portfolio, strategic work with customer plans, and follow-up of existing customer
- Have excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to prioritize under pressure
- Have experience from the energy sector or related fields is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Hold a commercial or technical bachelor’s degree combined with strong commercial acumen
